Reasons for bonus cancellation

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• If turnover requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Attempting to meet turnover requirements using low-risk bets only.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• No bet is valid without system confirmation.
• Pre-match bets cannot be changed once the match has started.

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Accumulator / Parlay Bet

In an accumulator bet, if any single event is cancelled, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0 and the remaining selections will stand.
